Writing today and forever

 It's an admirable goal to write every day something but at the same time is also kinda crass.

Anyhow I'll try to journal something daily.

New year, same you

 I am trying constantly to renew myself but can't really get pass the recycled phase. Do no throw, reuse, repurpose.
It's a challenge changing internal workings so easy to rely on autonomic processes.
It's getting harder to wake up.   

Reality

 In observing the micro climate inside my home I realised that I control and shape even unintendenly the habitat in which my four animal companions live. I have three cats and a dog Johnny. 

This morning while trying to meditate the cats interrupted and so I was watching them, one of them Zazzy the youngest, three and half years old, same as the dog, was jumping all over me while the other one, Cleo, was observing from the door frame, very intently looking toward our bedroom where Johnny was sleeping.
